Happy Hour with Yoga Nidra

A workshop that will make you smile and build integrated strength through delightfully precise asana, creative sequencing and breathing techniques with Lydia – followed by a 45 minute yoga Nidra for deep healing and soul connecting. You will feel empowered, awake, relaxed and happy!

Sarah will be giving adjustments during the strength component. After a vigorous practice we will settle into a Yoga Nidra with Sarah.
